We ship "best method" (usually UPS or US Mail), using
the rates shown in the tables above.
NOTE: Next Day Air shipping has many
variables; distance, weight, size, etc. Therefore, in some cases shipping costs
may be more (or less) than shown above. In these cases, we will notify you before
shipping.
NOTE: Some items may require an additional shipping
charge. In these cases, we'll contact you for confirmation before shipping.
NOTE: Special orders are not returnable.
NOTE: We may replace an out of stock item
with an equal or better product.
RETURN POLICY: A re-stock charge of 25% will
be applied to any return due to customer error. All returns
must be accompanied by an RGA (Return Goods Authorization)
number. This RGA number may be obtained by calling Support
at 1-610-449-8700. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must be pre-paid. Customer will pay shipping for
any return due to customer error.
